I had got rhinoplasty operation by my nose 5 years ago.Doctor said that he made added caritlage to my nose tip which is between my eyes by my own cartilage which he cut out by my own nose.

Your nose looks beautiful. Since you have thick skin, your definition is not that obvious, but still not a bad result.
