What's the price range for malar and mandibular angle MEDPOR implants?

I got this procedure already, but the implants on my left side got infected, so I am removing them all. I did it outside of the U.S. so my question what can I EXPECT the PRICE range to be, with in the U.S. including doctor, hospital, etc. Thank you!
