Fat can be taken from many different areas of the body including abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, underarms, etc. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. Consult with a board certified PS via Skype, or in person for an evaluation regarding your harvest areas and also to discuss any concerns you may have.
Hi, thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for 360 VASER high definition liposuction with BBL. The specific areas that you want addressed should be examined in person by a board certified plastic surgeon. This was the skin laxity and the quality of the fat harvest can be determined. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question, ms.brandnew! The inner thighs don’t typically yield a high amount of fat. If it is small areas you’re looking to correct this may be enough. However I would suggest adding in the arms to give you more fat for transfer if needed. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good full body intense liposuction including abdomen, waist, laterals and upper and lower back to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. A physical examination is needed to give you a definitive advice. Based on these photos, you would be an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back (and if needed thighs, arms, etc) and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. You seem to have enough fat in your abdomen and waist area. Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look. With the use of VASER liposuction and proper surgical technique, excellent high definition liposuction can be performed. And with proper technique, there will be more than 90% survival of the transferred fat. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Thank you for your question and photos. The areas you are asking about are all covered up by clothing. You would do best with VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees of your torso. That means all the way around, no area is untouched. Spot liposuction in different areas of the body is not 360. You cannot have liposuction 360 degrees of your medial thighs only! 360 refers to circumferential liposuction of the whole thigh. Fat grafting to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement with the lipo 360 will give you an hourglass figure. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.See attached web reference.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods that do very poorly for tightening skin or or contouring. Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
Dear ms.brandnew, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Fat embolism is unlikely during a high definition VASER liposuction procedure. Cholesterol does not make you more susceptible to fat embolism during an elective procedure. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. ...
