I am not interested in a tummy tuck or brachioplasty as they leave large scars.
Answer: Lipo Thank you for your question and photos. Yes, under general anesthesia, you would be fine to have lipo to multiple areas. For best results for your abdomen, I would recommend a tummy tuck. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Liposuction Under general anesthesia, you should be able to have all areas treated with liposuction. Under local anesthesia with sedation, you might need two sessions. You can have the excess fat removed from your abdomen with liposuction, but will have your best results with a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin and tighten your abdominal muscles.

Answer: Not A Good Candidate for Liposuction Alone Although your back/bra roll/ and waist will get a good result, your arms will not fare well, and your belly will be a disaster. You simply need an abdominoplasty. Contrary to other doctor's recommendations, 'skin tightening' adjuncts to liposuction like radiofrequency or ultrasound have a proven inability to meaningfully tighten skin. Check out the results of surgeons who place tummy tuck scars low and consider an arm lift too.

Answer: Combination of surgeries Dear Redwine29, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Liposuction Options Redwine29I appreciate your concerns and liposuction of your areas of concern can be performed at one sitting. However, it is best to lower your BMI to 30 or below to both attain the best possible result and for safety reasons. 3 to 4 L is the maximum amount of fat that can be aspirated on outpatient basis at one time. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.
