I would like to reduce the size of my lower cheeks, which bulge somewhat, especially when smiling. - I've been recommended buccal fat removal and lipo. Which seems more promising/are there other options? - I definitely want to avoid lumps and unevenness from the procedure. Is this a major risk? - It would be a bonus if reducing the lower cheek could make my upper cheeks better defined, and address preexisting lumpiness around the chin. Are these feasible goals? Thanks!
