It's unanimous, i agree with the first two surgeon. Depending on the symmetry of the other pec, additional, but minimal, lipo-reduction around the low spot or defect may be needed. Fat augmentation into the defect should clear up the problem, which may need a second treatment as stated. 

Some issues with gynecomastia may resolve on their own while others may require a surgical revision. 

From what I can tell from the photos provided this could be improved with fat transfer.  Agree that it can sometimes take more than one session, although techniques have improved a lot in last 5 years.

To correct the "crater" on the chest after gynecomastia surgery could involve liposuction around the crater and fat transfer to the depth of the crater. May require more than one session.

You can usually count on the answer when all the physicioans are in agreement. Small volume correctgions with fat grafting can often be done with only local anesthesia in the doctor's procedure room.
