I have a protruding forehead. What can be done? (Photo)

userplc
I have a protruding upper forehead. The bone above my eyes is fine by me. I am only curious about the upper section for he head. It is very noticeable under artificial lighting. I read that this is done via a method were you get a scar along your hairline. Given that it looks like my hairline is receding already, I would like to know if there is another way. Thanks
