Are there any surgery that narrows a wide forehead?

Hi, are there any surgery, that narrows your forhead, for example shaving the bones on the sides of my forehead? Is it possible?

Many patients with a wide forehead can reframe it by adding hair transplants.  Women may want to round their hairlines with transplants which can give a more narrow appearance.  Reducing the soft tissue or bony structure of the forehead is not advisable for elective/cosmetic purposes.

Hair transplant surgery can be used to narrow the appearance of a wide forehead.  You would need an exam first.
