I have a large forehead about 5 fingers big... I'd like to know if I FUE or Forehead reduction surgery would be more effective to reducing it to 3.5 to 4 fingers.

Answer: Forehead Reduction or FUE to Lower Hairline? First, despite the fact that I use both approaches, I will tell you I have a bias towards forehead reduction because the results are immediate and the hair has normal uniform after surgery. Hair will grow through the incision so the patient has total freedom of styling.

Answer: Forehead Reduction Forehead reduction surgery comes in two types, the first is a surgical procedure that gives you same day results, the second is a hair transplant that takes 6-7 months to see. On my website, there are great pictures of hair transplant lowering procedures in women on our Home Page and in our gallery on our website (see below), you can see hundreds people who had their hairline replaced, lowered or improved. For lowering it as far as you are asking, a hair transplant lowering may be your only option, as the standard surgical procedure for doing this rarely can go beyond a 1 inch reduction.
