I have a large forehead about 5 fingers big... I'd like to know if I FUE or Forehead reduction surgery would be more effective to reducing it to 3.5 to 4 fingers.

First, despite the fact that I use both approaches, I will tell you I have a bias towards forehead reduction because the results are immediate and the hair has normal uniform after surgery. Hair will grow through the incision so the patient has total freedom of styling.
