There are a number of reasons and conditions that can cause bumps on on the forehead. Fortunately, most of these are benign. If it is a bony bump, there is a procedure to shave these pumps to create a smoother for it. A good consultation by your plastic surgeon should be able to yield a number of options.

Appear to be part of your skull. If you don't like them, see a good plastic surgeon and ask if these can be reduced.
