For 3-4 weeks after rhinoplasty, it's suggested that patients avoid heavy exercise or other activities that would cause the heart to race, as this could cause an elevation in blood pressure, which may lead to bleeding and prolonged swelling of the nose. Another concern during the initial 3-4 weeks is nasal trauma, which could alter the results of the rhinoplasty. Since I did not perform your surgery and don't know the extent of the correction, it would be best to ask your plastic surgeon for his or her protocol regarding how long to wait before having sex after rhinoplasty.
I usually tell my patients to wait at least 2 weeks after rhinoplasty to have sex. The most frustrating thing for both patient and surgeon is nasal tip swelling. Increasing heart rate leads to increase nasal tip swelling in the early postoperative period. Ask your surgeon, as he or she likely has specific instructions for you. After all, they are the one who operated on you. Best wishes!
Thank you for the question! Like most surgeons, I would advise you to wait about 3 weeks before engaging in strenuous physical activities after rhinoplasty. Even if sexual activity poses no risk of nasal trauma, it might elevate your blood pressure and increase your heartbeat. This might exacerbate your swelling and even increase a chance of bleeding. An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be the best way to assess your needs and obtain expert medical advice. Best of luck!
It is safe to have sex 2 weeks after rhinoplasty. There is no issue as long as that the nose will be not hit .I would suggest to avoid sex in the first week / ten days when the splint is still on

The problem is that after nasal trauma, if cartilage has been shifted, the normal anatomy is warped over time. You would require a surgical rhinoplasty in order to repair your nose. I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic or facial surgeon who will accurately assess your...
Thank you for the question and the photos. It does look like swelling is a big part of the step-off that you are referring to. I would definitely give it plenty of time as I suspect that as time goes by and swelling subsides you will see an improvement in that area. All the best,Dr....
Thanks for your question.Managing the Rosacea is your first step . Get it under control and then consider laser resurfacing of the skin. Revision Rhinoplasty is not helpful and will potentially make the skin worse.
