Will losing 4-5 pounds after fat transfer to face affect my results?

I am currently losing weight and by the time my surgery date comes around I will be 4-5 pounds over my goal. Would losing 4-5 pounds after the procedure affect my results? Should I reschedule my surgery till after I have lost all the weight I want? Thank you in advance!
