I want to inject my own fat into the black area under my eyes. How can we do that? How much will it cost me?

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photograph, you may be a candidate for filler or fat grafting under the eyes.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.    Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Yes, fat transfer can be used to improve this. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. Cost will vary. this is a high complication area. Though some people claim that fat grafting here will change skin color, I have never seen it happen in 27 years of fat grafting and if you get lumps and bumps they are VERY difficult to fix. I do not support this idea at all.
