Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based onyour photograph, you may be a candidate for filler or fat grafting under the eyes. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The mostimportant aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Dear amin2010,the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Yes, fat transfer can be used to improve this. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. Cost will vary. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Fat can be transferred to the lips. I generally believe that about 40-50% of the initial fat transfer that is done remains, and the volume that remains seems to act as a permanent filler. Not everyone is a good candidate for fat transfer to the lips, so I recommend a Board Certified Plastic S...
