Fat transfer and lip lift: Can these two procedures be done together? (photos)

Agirl61.   I’m not a big fan of lip lifting procedures because of the possible poor scarring around the nostril region. Your photos indicate that fat grafting to the areas you outlined and your lips should be all you need to accomplish your goals. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Yes, these procedures can be done at the same time as one doesn't interfere with the other. 
Fat can be placed in the indicated areas you have marked and an upper lip lift can be done with incisions in the 'sub nasal' area- its not easy to even out the nostrils, an exam would be needed to say for sure. 
Expect some swelling and bruising for about 10 days to 2 weeks after the procedure. Its performed under local anesthesia with oral medications to relax you and the whole procedure takes about 2 hours. 

I do many lip lifts and I can combine that procedure with other facial surgeries. It is a common combination with face lift, eyelid surgery rhinoplasty. The nostrils could be made narrower or wider depending on how the lip lift operation is designed. In your case it is not clear if the nostril asymmetry is not due to nasal tip asymmetry. It is important to know your previous surgery history. You need to be seen to determine how much fat grafting is needed and if it is the best choice for you. The lip lift looks simple but most plastic surgeons don’t feel comfortable doing it and have no experience with it.
