Can these two procedures be done together? Can fat be placed essentially where I've placed Blue dots? My nostrils are asymmetrical and wide. Could this be made worse by lip lift? Can it be improved during lip lift? Approx costs for combined procedures? I'm ready!! Just need to find doctor

Answer: Can lip lift be done at the same time as other facial procedures? I do many lip lifts and I can combine that procedure with other facial surgeries. It is a common combination with face lift, eyelid surgery rhinoplasty. The nostrils could be made narrower or wider depending on how the lip lift operation is designed. In your case it is not clear if the nostril asymmetry is not due to nasal tip asymmetry. It is important to know your previous surgery history. You need to be seen to determine how much fat grafting is needed and if it is the best choice for you. The lip lift looks simple but most plastic surgeons don’t feel comfortable doing it and have no experience with it. Just 5 or 6 years ago I was amongst less than a handful of people doing this procedure in the country and our patients on Realself made this operation popular.
