I had liposuction 2 years ago and I still have some small imperfections in my abdomen area what would you recommend to get rid of those?
Answer: Correction of contour abnormalities two years after liposuction. A specific answer is impossible without physical examination. It does look as though excess skin is the problem from the photograph.Inadequate treatment in the periumbilical region might benefit from retreatment. Laser assisted liposuction can sometimes create fibrosis for which there are not a lot of good treatment options.

Answer: Post Liposuction Irregularities, Swelling -- Try Massage, Velashape or Venus Legacy With Your Compression It is very common to have bruising and swelling for weeks to months after liposuction procedures. What is most important is that you follow your surgeons post operative instructions and continue compression. If you are concerned, lymphatic massage and Velashape or Venus Legacy treatments can be used to improve the swelling and help the skin tighten. My patients start treatments right away and it improves the long term results. Answer: Post Op Healing after plastic surgery is a process and the earlier parts are the most challenging. Emotions are a big part of the process as well. Best is to discuss specifically with the operating surgeon so that he /she can take a look. Our patient i Book has a lot of basic information as well.Healing after liposuction k is usually pretty straight forward. There is a process of swelling and bruising that peaks at 3 days after surgery and then undergoes the first stage of major resolution in the first 2 weeks after surgery. The later phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens. It is after this time that we are getting close to the final result, though this varies patient to patient.

Answer: Lumpiness after liposuction Thank you for your question. The photo is a little hard to see, but I can imagine there may be a few areas where you notice a contour difference. This is not uncommon. "Touch up" liposuction might be an option, or perhaps even fat grafting (adding small amounts of fat back in for blending purposes). I would meet with your surgeon again to get some options. Best wishes.
