I've recently told a liposuction surgery to reduce the small amount of fat from around the temporal area of my head might help with my problem but the words I need to be prepared for it not to work were said. It's concerning. I am currently losing my hair unfortunately and my head is a odd shape due to the temporal muscle. I want to consider surgery but I'm concerned about the scars. Would hair tattooed on cover them? I've been bullied over this for years and hate it.

I believe I've tried most approaches to liposuction. I've settled upon conventional liposuction assisted mechanically. I would focus more upon the surgeon in the results rather than a specific technique. The best technique in the hands of the lousy surgeon is going to leave the poor result.
Thank you for your question. Swelling varies between patients, but typically you will notice a slight swelling after discontinuing your compression garment. I tell my patients a lighter compression garment like a Spanx or even active-wear with spandex may help control the swelling...
I am in agreement with the other doctors that the irregularity of your cycle could normally last a couple months, but if it persists, I would recommend seeing your OBGYN.
