3 weeks have been passed of my first fue and after two weeks i have panic attack and I'm so worried that stress will affect on the growth of my transplanted hair

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "panic attacks" you should contact your doctor.  Stress in it of it self should not affect the results.

Stress and anxiety, while not good for your overall health, should not affect the success of your FUE hair transplant. Assuming that the cause of your male pattern baldness in the hormone DHT, stress would not affect your outcome.

Your anxiety and stress after the procedure should not really affect the growth of the transplanted hairs.  Remember, the main cause of male pattern hair loss is DHT (dihyrdrotestosterone), a normal hormone in your body that causes susceptible hairs to shrink/miniaturize and fall out.  If you have any concern at all about your results, go back and share your concerns with your surgeon.
