Recommendations for a Brazilian Butt Lift recovery chair/pillow?

I guess like everyone else, I'm looking for optimal results from my Brazilian Butt Lift. As a result, I don't want my buttocks to touch anything because I want as many fat cells to survive as possible. I can't find a cushion, chair or BBL system that will allow this. Any recommendations. I can't lay on my sides or stomach - hips and tummy being done as well. I know about the Holo, Boppy Pillow and that pink inflatable thing, but I'm looking for something with a big hole and sturdy.

You are still early post op and there may be residual swelling. I suggest continuing to wear your compression garment to help your body reabsorb the swelling. Please speak with your surgeon if you are concerned.Regards,
