Fat injection into just the top of buttocks for BBL?

   The fat is injected wherever fullness or shape change is desired.  Something different is usually required for each patient.

You should inject fat in all areas where you desire fullness and projection.  Confining the fat to just the upper butt might not be adequate in your case.

Thank you for your question. During a BBL, fat can be injected into multiple different areas. The injection site is determined based on the patient ‘s desired end result. I recommend that you speak to your board certified plastic surgeon about your concerns. 

Thanks for your question.Every Plastic Surgeon has a different technique for BBL.I place the fat deep in the muscular layer first, in all four quadrants, to assure the best fat longevity and best shape, and I also tailor it to the patient's anatomy and how they want to look.
