You should inject fat in all areas where you desire fullness and projection. Confining the fat to just the upper butt might not be adequate in your case.

Thanks for your question.Every Plastic Surgeon has a different technique for BBL.I place the fat deep in the muscular layer first, in all four quadrants, to assure the best fat longevity and best shape, and I also tailor it to the patient's anatomy and how they want to look.
There are a lot of different companies that offer specially designed pillows for Brazilian butt lift recovery. In our practice, we recommend for patients to go to a local pharmacy called John Bell & Croyden which sells a cushion that has a hole in the middle.
