It is always wise to be cautious in order to attain optimum results. You need to be very careful to avoid trauma to the ears such as a strike to the ears or forcefully pulling on your ears. No strenuous activity or exercise for at least 2-3 weeks after your surgery. Your PS can provide guidance as he/she will know how you are healing.
We generally recommend no strenuous physical activity for 6-8 weeks following otoplasty surgery, although light activity such as exercises fine after about 2 weeks. It would be best to discuss this with your surgeon carefully because - if the ears are going to be pulled down , this may be a contraindication to doing any massages at this time. Best of luck to you
