It’s been 4 weeks now since I had my Otoplasty procedure (excised cartilage, permanent sutures). My ears now have some dry skin and feel a little itchy. I am using ear drops to deal with any build up of wax in my ear canals, but how should I clean the rest (external parts) of my ears and behind them? They are still a little tender and bruised so am very conscious not to touch them. I want to maintain the hygiene of my ears so any advice gratefully received.
