Hello, first of all, if you want to solve the saggy eyelid then I recommend eyebrow lift or forehead lift. But for your case, forehead lifting would be the best way to solve removing forehead wrinkles, frown lines, also eye wrinkles. As you told that you don't want to get the repetitive sessions but later, you might need to get Botox to remove the wrinkles (it's because of muscles movement). Regarding jawline, we can solve with face lift (SMAS FACE LIFT) with liposuction. The skin problem, definitely needs the repetitive sessions with the laser treatment to get better (we cannot remove the pores perfectly).
