Heavy muscle under brow. Could it be due to blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Hello, 10 months ago I had upper eyelids blepharoplasty. Very little exsessive skin was removed. Now it seems that eyelids got back to pre-operation stage. What is more I feel heavy musle under left eyebrow. Could it be due blepharoplasty? Thanks.
