As far as i can see from the photos I can suggest you a revision upper eyelid blepharoplasty because there are still extra saggy skin above the eyes plus the eye are is downward for a fresh, upward look I highly recommend you a endoscopic brow lift surgery. It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and the distance of your eyes and your eyebrows are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it. Also, to correct the sleepy eyes I recommend ptosis correction.
