My whole nose starting from the top to the bottom has been slightly pushed towards the left including the septum. Can my nose ever be restored/straight again?

Answer: Rhinoplasty! Though crooked noses can be quite challenging to repair, they are corrected all of the time with a rhinoplasty. I suggest seeing an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can also evaluate the status of your nasal septum to insure that this is also corrected at the time of surgery.

Answer: Can an untreated displaced nasal fracture ever be straight again If you have a crooked nose, it is certainly possible to straighten it. Also important to evaluate the septum and repair that, if you have a deviated nasal septum as a result of the fracture as well. A closed rhinoplasty and closed septoplasty approach can accomplish your goals with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.
