I had an open rhinoplasty 8 months ago. I now have a bump on my bridge ( which I am not sure I had before? See photos). The doctor did not do a push down but shaved some of the bone and added diced cartilage on the bridge. Why to I have this bump on my nose? Could it be the diced cartilage or is it my bone? My surgeon says that the bump was here before ( that it is not a callus nor swelling). What would be the best approach to fix this ? My surgeon suggests rasping. Thanks a lot
