Based on your photos, you appear to have a symmetry of your nostrils and the lower 1/3 of your nose. The feasibility of correct English would require an examination, in my opinion. You can have improvement to the nostril asymmetry. You would need to have the lower lateral cartilages evaluated to see why the left cartilage is so much lower than the right. Once symmetry is created in the nasal tip, then you would need to have alar contour grafting. Make certain you see a skilled revision rhinoplasty specialist.
