Can my droopy, long, rounded nose be corrected 3 years after surgery? (photos)

I had a septo-rhinoplasty 3 years ago. My nose was crooked, droopy and with a bump as you see in picture 1. The hump was removed, the nose was straightened and the tip was rotated. Now it is overly long with a still droopy, funny rounded tip. Doctor said he didn’t over-rotate and the tip dropped from gravity. He said it’s not easy to fix because of scar tissue, he will have to redo everything and there is no guarantee. What do you think? I just want a cute nose!
