I had a cosmetic rhinoplasty in 2020. I had minimal asymmetry prior to surgery. After surgery my nostrils were extremely uneven and I had a very crooked columella. I am happy with the rest of my nose. In 2022, I had a revision done with the same doctor. The issue still persists. I understand that everyone has a degree of asymmetry but this asymmetry is quite severe and was nonexistent before the first surgery. How difficult would it be to fix this asymmetry and keep the rest of my nose the same?
