Unnatural looking crease after revision rhino, can this be reversed? (Photos)

Question

I got revision rhino with rib almost a year ago and now my nose has this huge crease above my lip and it prevents my top teeth from showing all the way. I loved my nose before this revision but I could not breathe and multiple revision experts agreed I needed projection added back in order breathe, so I consented to that. My surgeon told me it would support my upper lip and if anything would lift the lip a tiny bit but the exact opposite has happened. Can this be reversed?

Hello,
Thanks for your question. You are actually bordering on having a gummy smile from excessive lift in your upper lip. That lift is creating the crease that you see. However, the base of your columella seemes to be lower than in the photos with braces which could mean there is a downward vector of force from the nose that meets the upward vector of force in your upper lip with smiling, causing the crease to occur.
You are only a year postop and have another year of recovery. Most of that recovery will be about reducing swelling at the base of the nose and improving normal mobility. When this happens, this crease may just disappear as will the sense of stiffness in the upper lip with smiling. 
If it doesn't you may need a small tweek to the rib graft that is helping project your nasal tip.

It's difficult to assess your results with your up close photos. Based on your narrative, your concerned about the appearance of deep creases in your tip on both sides. If this is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling them. This would not lead to a narrower nasal tip appearance.
