Can I get some kind of surgery to my my fingers/hand less fat, more feminine like? (Photo)

I am not aware of any solution to your problem except for the passage of time.  As you age your hands will get thinner and thinner.  Most of my patients want fat injected into their hands.  So, try to embrace the fat you hands have now....they will look great as you age.

There is no current way to help reduce tissues that bother you.Over time the fat in your hands will reduce.
