Hi! Could I get any kind of surgery to make my fingers less fat? I've been very conscious about my hands since I was little. I wear false nails to make them look a little more presentable, however it doesn't make me feel entirely better. Thank you for your advice! :)

I am not aware of any solution to your problem except for the passage of time.  As you age your hands will get thinner and thinner.  Most of my patients want fat injected into their hands.  So, try to embrace the fat you hands have now....they will look great as you age.

There is no current way to help reduce tissues that bother you.Over time the fat in your hands will reduce.
