I am in my mid 50’s, had 4 revision surgeries since developing cc after my initial breast augmentation and an explanation surgery to heal with no implants for awhile. I was told I’d need to wear a bra for six months and that seems excessive from what I’ve read. 5’4” 120 lb. Looking at high to extra high profile silicone implants.

Your tissue may still be too thin to support much weight. You may need to go even smaller and consider a muscle or capsular flap for support. Please discuss this with your surgeon or see one who does a lot of revisions for bottoming out from heavy implants.
Just looking at your photos, it appears that the implants chosen are too large for your tissue and are still sitting high. You may have a capsule holding them up as well. the ones on the left may be too large for you. Going smaller will give a more natural look and be less stress on your tissues.
Naturally, your breasts sit close together. However, the chosen implants are too large for your frame and base. I would suggest going down to 275-300 cc's for a better fit. The smaller size would look better on you and 350 cc's may be too heavy on your neck and shoulders at 105 pounds.
