Really simple. Your implants are too big for your chest. Downsize and you will look 'natural'. What process lead you to choose that size?

Dear Charming, Your implant may be a bit too wide for your chest. Your breasts are very close together, to begin with. The alternative would be to go with an implant that is more narrow than your chosen one.

Naturally, your breasts sit close together. However, the chosen implants are too large for your frame and base. I would suggest going down to 275-300 cc's for a better fit. The smaller size would look better on you and 350 cc's may be too heavy on your neck and shoulders at 105 pounds.

First, i would absolutely wait a full year before committing to any revision. It seems that you have a decent result, although I do see what you are referring to.
Symmastia(also spelled synmastia) is a description for the breasts being too close together. Sometimes the skin appears to connect from one breast to another. In you, It seems that you probably naturally have breasts that sit very close together. This can be accentuated when breast implants are placed, or even caused by breast augmentation surgery.
If you were still concerned enough to want a revision near the 1 year mark, my recommendation would be to simply downsize the implant. It involves the smallest amount of dissection and manipulation of your tissues, and should allow for adequate space between breasts. If this maneuver did not adequately fix the issue, we would then have to revise your implant capsules and the tissue on your chest which can be challenging.

It appears your implants are too large giving you unnatural cleavage and volume. I would recommend downsizing your implants to give a more natural shape. I would also consider high profile implants. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon as revision breast surgery can be difficult. Good luck!

I agree, your breasts are anything but natural in appearance. They are too close, very large for your frame and too high (upper pole fullness). Your nipples are also closer to the bottom of the central breast mound.
I would have liked to see your wish pics prior to commenting on your present appearance.
That being said, moderate implants are both wide, but also lack projection (the latter which is desirable in patients wanting a more natural appearance). Using a narrower implant (moderate Plus X, Boost, High profile, Ultra high profile or high profile X implants) would be narrower, but give much more projection (distance from your ribs outward). They tend to be less 'natural' looking.
