It's now been three months since my full tummy and lipo and over the last two to three weeks my tummy have increased in sized. I am very worried that the operation might not have been done properly (not tight enough). Can you please advice?

If you are concerned that fluid might have built up after a tummy tuck, you should consult your plastic surgeon. This may just represent swelling after too much activity rather than a collection of fluid. However, if it is a collection of fluid it can be aspirated.
