Hit my nose and now feel like it's crooked. (photos)

Thank you for your question. It looks as if you have broken your nose, especially if you think that there has been a change of shape. If this accident has happened less than ten days ago there is still a chance that the nose can be manipulated back into place (usually under general anaesthetic although sometimes local anaesthetic alone or with sedation). If the injury is recent you need to visit your accident and emergency department or an experienced nasal surgeon. Sometimes even after early manipulation a bend or deviation may persist or recur. This is because if you have a fracture involving the septum (which is made of cartilage and helps support your nose) it bends again because it can have a memory of the deforming traumatic forces. If this happens you may need further surgery to straighten it but only after things have settled. This usually takes at least  three months. Good luck!
