Gynecomastia surgery; if results aren't as desired, is it possible to have another surgery?

Sometimes not enough breast tissue has been removed during male breast reduction surgery requiring a revision, however, if you just recently had your surgery you still have swelling and your final results won't be evident for several more weeks. To answer your question simply, absolutely.  Its not uncommon for some patients to have some residual breast tissue left behind when only liposuction is performed on the chest.  This can be done under local anesthesia in an office setting or in the OR with general.  Im sure your plastic surgeon would be happy to work with you on this issue.
