Two weeks post-op gynecomastia surgery I had excision and lipo do to big gynecomastia.. Had drains in and developed a large hematoma on the right side under drain.. Had that drained then drains removed. Hematoma came back had it drained again on the right sight 100 ccs of old blood so they put another drain just on the right side. I have some relief. I have fluid on my life side thinking seroma. Dr said it will absorb on its on but by the looks should I get it drained? I feel fluid moving.
