Eyebrow lift? Only 20 years old, but hate them - any surgeries that could benefit me? (photos)

I would highly recommend consulting with a surgeon who specializes in facial feminization surgery, as there would be some options for you to make your face more feminine in appearance.  

A careful examination is critical. Most often brow asymmetry is due to elevation of a brow to compensate for upper lid ptosis on the affected side. In this situation correction of the ptosis should be done first, and may cure the asymmetry.Standard brow lift procedures are performed based on the premise that brows naturally descend with advanced age.Unlike other areas of the body where there is descent of soft tissues, there is paradoxical elevation of eyebrows with aging. These findings explain why brow lifts may create an unnatural appearance and frequently fail to achieve the aesthetic ideal.

Typically, transgender MTF patients require more than a standard "brow-lift" - the bone of the eyesocket and forehead are masculine and more prominent than the female upper facial skeleton.  I'd recommend seeing a surgeon with craniofacial surgery experience and knowledge of the MTF patients - you'll end up with a surgery that is more involved than most plastic surgeon's typical browlift, but will accomplish your cosmetic goals much better.

 You would benefit from a facial feminization procedure.   Check your local area for plastic surgeons specializing in facial feminization.   You will do well and brow lift will be a component of the whole endeavor.   My Best,  Dr Commons
