An endoscopic brow lift is an excellent option to reposition your brows.  You are correct that a masculine brow tends to be flatter and lower than a feminine brow.  The procedure is straightforward and does not differ significantly in MTF patients vs patients with normal facial aging.  Seek out a surgeon with a lot of brow lifting experience for a reliable result.  Best of luck.
