Endoscopic brow and mid face lifts: any good?

 In our practice we perform coronal browlifts so that we can better control asymmetry of the eyebrows, raise or lower the hairline, soften the corrugator and frontalis muscles, and place fascia grafts underneath the vertical lines in the forehead between the eyebrows when needed. We also do not recommend a mid face lift, since the mid face does not descend vertically with the aging process, it shrinks with volume loss, therefore cheek implants are placed to give added volume to augment the mid face.   Hi, I have performed facelifts for over 30 years.  Whether lifting the eyebrows, mid face or neck, endoscopic procedures as well as any suspension techniques will not last IMHO.   If you have "jowls" this is sagging
facial tissues and an indication for some form of a facelift.  The
underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected, lifted, trimmed and
re-sutured. If the Smas (same applies to the eyebrows) is suspended with sutures or threads, these will not last and eventually pull through the soft tissues).  The excess skin is then removed and the facelift incisions
closed.



My most popular facelift is the minimally

the world in as little as 3 days post-op
