Have pronounced vertical glabellar wrinkles on forehead (more than the "11's), am wondering about procedures that stretch forehead skin laterally without lifting eyebrows (if possible), and the corresponding scarring on face from incisions, and where the incisions might be done...am 48 year old male, receding hairline and keep hair short so hiding any scars is optimal....thank you

Answer: Lateral stretch of the brow I agree with my colleagues that there are no reliable techniques to distract glabellar skin and efface deep creases. The best treatment option is a combination of neuromodulators with fillers. The botox will relax corrugator and procures muscles, whose action causes folding of the skin to create the "11." If the creases are etched deeply into the skin, the filler will efface the depression. Consider seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with significant experience with facial injections.

Answer: How to get rid of wrinkles at the sides of your eyes? Hello,as mentioned below, there is really no good method to do this. Even if you lift the forehead skin at the sides, your wrinkles will still be there. A good option, is botox. I've put a link below discussing this and how it gets rid of the wrinkles. Dr James P.
