There are no reliable or effective means of stretching the forehead skin laterally, and doing it for glabellar wrinkles would produce eyebrow displacement and may not even get rid of all the wrinkles. It sounds like the best treatment for you is probably a combination of Botox and fillers. Botox will relax the muscles that form the creases between the brows, and any leftover etched-in lines can be filled carefully with a HA filler such as Restylane. It is extremely important to see a highly experienced and skilled plastic surgeon for filler injections between the brows, however, as improper injection technique in this area can have devastating consequences. I agree with my colleagues that there are no reliable techniques to distract glabellar skin and efface deep creases.  The best treatment option is a combination of neuromodulators with fillers.  The botox will relax corrugator and procures muscles, whose action causes folding of the skin to create the "11."  If the creases are etched deeply into the skin, the filler will efface the depression.  Consider seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with significant experience with facial injections.

Hello,as mentioned below, there is really no good method to do this. Even if you lift the forehead skin at the sides, your wrinkles will still be there. A good option, is botox. I've put a link below discussing this and how it gets rid of the wrinkles. Dr James P. Bonaparte

will result in your brows displacing laterally.  Best to simply use Botox or nerve destruction methods to eliminate your frown and use fillers if you need the creases smoother.

This could possibly be done at the expense of losing a strip of hair in the temples and widening the forehead. Botox therapy is usually the best treatment for what you describe.
