Hi I wanted to know does the nose get bigger/wider when derotating the nasal tip or lengthening the nose? I’m aware that grafts are needed in order to do this so I can imagine that that would increase added ‘bulk’. I need to weigh out whether getting a revision is worth it. I hate the nostril show I’m left with and a short nose does not reflect my ethnicity at all. Thank you
