What are my options on upper lateral cartilage bump?

What you are describing may be related to relaxation of an upper lateral cartilage spreader flap, but because both sides seem to drift towards your left it may also be a problem driven by the septum.
It is not always possible to decide from the external examination what is the exact nature of the problem.
A frank discussion with your surgeon is a good place to start because it can identify technical aspects that may have led to your concerns.
If you find that this is not providing you with adequate explanations and/or options for improvement, it would be worth seeing a surgeon that has an interest in revision rhinoplasty surgery.

Primary rhinoplasty can sometime heal in ways we are not pleased with at the one year mark.  Your issues may be quite simple to repair or it can require a more complex operation.  Best to go back to your surgeon and see if they can help you with this issue.  If not, find a specialist who feels comfortable repairing this type of problem.
