After rhinoplasty my nose has been uneven due to a upper lateral cartilage bump making the lower part of my nose wider. This was not there before surgery. My left side has tbe bump and right side is concave making the uneveness worse I didnt have work done on my tip. Just had hump removed and osteotomies. My side profile looks great.
