Would a cut depressor muscle or columellar strut cause a stiff feeling, crooked smile 1.5 years after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Almost 1.5 yrs ago, My dr cut my depressor muscle and also gave me a columellar strut graft during primary rhinoplasty. My smile has felt stiff ever since and one side dips down a little when I smile. Would removing the strut return my smile to normal and remove the stiff feeling? If it’s due to the depressor muscle being cut, any way to repair this? I miss my pretty smile (and nose but that’s a question for another time). Thanks.
