My right eye is much lower than my left eye - Bleph/Brow lift for symmetry?

person3
I, white f19, have very asymmetrical eyes/brows. My right eye is much lower than my left eye, it also has a much larger, puffier eyelid and is overall sloped much more downward compared to the left eye which has a slightly positive angle. The eyebrow on my right eye is slightly more angular and the tail starts much closer to the middle of the brow, especially when compared to my left brow. I’d like a surgery to make my right eye area match my left so it’s more symmetrical(I understand there is no such thing as perfectly symmetrical eyes). I have much more control of my left eyebrows movements, I presume the muscles are stronger on that side of my face, and that probably contributes to difference in appearance. But if I get surgery to make my right eye match my left, would it just revert due to the lack of strength in that section of my face? Even if the surgery I’d like is possible would it just be a waste of money? I’m hesitant to attach a photo of my eyes as I know irises are so identifiable so I tried to provide as much information as possible.
