Had upper bleph and endoscopic eyebrow lift 7/1/24. Should I have a direct eyebrow lift to get rid of extra skin? (Photos)

7/1/24 had upper bleph with endoscopic eyebrow lift Went back and pics look same! Question should I have a direct eyebrow lift to get rid of extra skin on outer upper eyelid or am I missing something here. I need direction, I spoke w original surgeon and he said can do direct brow lift. Will this resolve my issue of sagging skin?
