I don't see much of a difference between your before and afters. I think a temporal brow lift with a revision of the upper bleph would be a great benefit for you.

It appears that your entire brow is at or below the orbital bone. Two options include a direct browlift or a subcutaneous browlift. Both would provide a permanent result as opposed to an endoscopic left, which does sometimes relapse. In women, I prefer the subcutaneous browlift to hide the scar in the hairline. In some patients, the direct browlift approach leaves a visible scar for a long time, so I often perform this procedure in men with dark complexions.
