Hair loss after a brow lift - are there chances of it still growing back 8.5 months after surgery? (Photos)

Hi, I had a brow lift 8.5 months ago and I haven’t seen any significant change in my hair coming back, I do have thick curly hair for reference. I was wondering if I just need to wait longer or if I may have permanently lost my hair due to the scarring.
