Will I have nice results from upper Blepharoplasty or do I need a unilateral pretrichial brow lift? (Photo)

I am in my late 50s and had consultation for eyelid surgery. The doctor also suggested a unilateral brow lift on right side. This is something I had not planned on. Will I still have a good result with upper bleph only?
