I had 2 rhinoplasty and still unhappy with result. I feel like my nose dips down and is pointy bc the cartilage in the tip shows through my skin. a nurse who owns a medispa inject Botox in my nose. She always does it for me.this time I don't think she injected in the right spot. She kind of went off center and didn't go in the middle of the columella it feels like she injected into the cartilage of my nose Could she have messed up what the surgeons have put inside my nasal tip ?Or will it be ok
