No, this won't negatively impact your rhinoplasty results. I often use fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with botox to improve the symmetry of the nose and subtly lift the tip. If you're unhappy with your results, the Botox will resolve in 3-4 months. Venus legacy and/or thermage treatments may help soften results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your question – a photo or two would be helpful here.  The Botox injected should have no impact on your surgery but will last 3-4 months so you may need to wait to have something else done.  Many of us use fillers when needed here – again, find the proper injector and make sure that this is something that they do, they understand, and have experience in doing.  Good luck

There is no way that this Botox will affect the surgeries. I find that this injection is theoretically sound but in reality gives minimal lift. Filler placed in the base of the septum and in the tip of the nose can lift it. However, in your case with 2 prior surgeries, this is risky because of compromised blood supply and I wouldn't do it personally.

 Botox can elevate the tip of the nose if placed properly. No damage has been permanently done as Botox wears off but you should consult a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon rather than going to a medispa
