How do I get rid of this horizontal fold or crease between my eyes? It's as if my forehead is slipping down (Photo)

I've heard elsewhere that this horizontal line between the eyes can be caused by an overactive procerus muscle. Could botox to the glabellar complex take care of it? I've included an example of what I'm talking about in the image below, featuring Steve Harvey.
