Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revisionary breast surgery. You had extremely poor work performed. You definitely can have an excellent result with an experienced, artistic plastic surgeon. you would definitely need suturing of the pocket-capsulorrhaphy, and if you are implants are on top of the muscle, they need to be placed below the muscle. Also, you would need a full lift-mastopexy which would also make your areolas much smaller. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. The areolas can be reduced to a more appropriate size. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
