I’m looking for a surgeon that can help me with my asymmetric breasts. I had a breast lift on one breast and 475cc implants put in by a surgeon i met here on real self and now my boobs look terrible again. I need help! What do I do? Who do I go to?
Answer: Revision Breast Lift No, you didn't really get a lift, you got a circumareolar lift, which was totally inappropriate for your needs then and now. It is not a surprise that you went with a doc on this website. Being on this RealSelf does NOT ensure a good doc. RealSelf markets itself as a place for patients, but it's just another entity that values revenue via doctor's payments over real patient advocacy. This is why you don't need another wrong procedure like the 'bellasomma method'. What you need is a true mastopexy or breast lift, hopefully performed by an expert breast surgeon. No more gimmicks or controversial techniques that yield poor results.

Answer: Breast lift with internal bra The main issue I see is rather significant sagging, and if you have already had a lift that didn't last then your tissues are telling us they need additional support. An internal bra with Galaflex mesh along with a full breast lift on both sides would be my recommendation.

Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revisionary breast surgery. You had extremely poor work performed. You definitely can have an excellent result with an experienced, artistic plastic surgeon. you would definitely need suturing of the pocket-capsulorrhaphy, and if you are implants are on top of the muscle, they need to be placed below the muscle. Also, you would need a full lift-mastopexy which would also make your areolas much smaller. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. The areolas can be reduced to a more appropriate size. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
